This joint publication analyzes the impacts of the crisis on the various regions. It identifies and analyzes the strengths, weaknesses and gaps of the response measures that have been put in place so far and, based on this analysis and on experiences with prior financial crises in some regions, lessons are identified and shared so as to effectively mitigate the impact of the current crisis and increase the resilience of the various regions against recurrence of a similar crisis.
