To accelerate progress towards the Cambodia Millennium Development Goals, UNDP fosters a better understanding of issues related to poverty and strengthens national capacities to take solutions forward. An important part of this work is supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) to manage and target development aid more effectively. Another aspect is supporting efforts to use trade to drive employment and human development gains especially in rural areas, enabling more Cambodians to benefit from the nation’s impressive growth.
