Phnom Penh 12 March 2007: Equity News, the joint UNDP-TVK elections news bulletin, has announced the percentages of air time it will allocate to political parties on its broadcasts to ensure fair and balanced coverage of campaign activities during the run-up to the Commune Council Elections on 1 April 2007.

Representing communities around the world, the 25 award winners are developing innovative and practical responses to HIV and AIDS, often in the face of war, genocide, and extreme poverty.
